Common scams to watch for
Impersonation calls
Fraudsters pretend to be the bank and ask you to 'move money to a safe account'. We will never ask you to do this. Hang up and call the fraud line.
Phishing emails & SMS
Messages with urgent links asking you to 'verify' your account. Check the sender and never enter credentials from a link.
Investment & purchase scams
Guaranteed returns, pressure to act fast, or sellers who only accept bank transfer are warning signs.
